Chris Andrews joins Finster AI from Morgan Stanley

We are excited to announce that Chris Andrews has joined Finster AI as our new Chief Operating Officer.

Chris brings a wealth of experience from senior leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, where he served as Managing Director in Equity Derivatives Trading, Global COO of Institutional Technology, and most recently, Global COO of Research.

Across these roles, he consistently leveraged technology and AI to modernize businesses, scale high-performing teams, and deliver measurable impact for clients. From driving GenAI adoption and advanced analytics to leading workforce and risk management transformations, Chris has built a reputation for turning strategy into real-world results.
